Four Provinces in Canada – New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, or Newfoundland and Labrador has Atlantic Immigration Program, which is a pathway of Permanent Residence for skilled foreign workers and international graduates from a Canadian institution to work and live in these provinces.
Start-up Visa
Canada welcomes foreign nationals to start their business in Canada and create jobs by offering Start-Up Visas. While the Permanent application is in progress, applicants are authorised to work in Canada and support their business.
Rural And Northern Immigration Pilot
This programme is a pathway for skilled foreign workers to Permanent Residence while they work and live in participating communities. IRCC eligibility requirements and Community Specific Requirements are required to be met in this pathway.

You can apply for Refugee status inside Canada if you are in danger if you return to your home country. Access health care, other refugee services and authorisation to work while the application is in progress
